For security, DOEX recommends recovering your phone number via your local operator using a valid ID before logging in. If you cannot recover the number or need to unbind it, ensure your account is linked to an email and follow the steps below.
Note: The phone number cannot be directly unlinked or replaced, but DOEX can assist after an email is bound.
1. Request to Link Email
Required Materials (Send to support@doex.com):
A. DOEX account UID and phone number;
B. ID photo (holding your ID card) and written explanation:
Paper Explanation Requirements:
- Info: Full name, DOEX UID, and phone number;
- Reason: Phone number lost, need email binding;
- Date & Signature: Date (YYYY/MM/DD), handwritten signature;
C. Additional Info: Account registration date, login city, devices used;
D. Asset Info: Deposit or withdrawal hash, token types and balances;
E. New Email: Provide the new email address.
After review, DOEX will assist with email binding. Once bound, withdrawals will be restricted but trading remains unaffected.
2. Request to Unlink Phone Number
Once the email is linked, send the following to support@doex.com to request unlinking of the phone number:
Required Materials:
A. DOEX account UID and phone number
B. ID photo (holding your ID card) and written explanation
Paper Explanation Requirements:
- Info: Full name, DOEX UID, and phone number
- Reason: Phone number lost, need unlink
- Date & Signature: Date (YYYY/MM/DD), handwritten signature
C. Additional Info: ID photo (front and back), login city, registration date
DOEX will review and assist in unlinking the phone number. Please be patient.
