To safeguard your account and assets, we strongly recommend you to personally recover your registered email address. Avoid unlinking it unless absolutely necessary. If unlinking is needed, please ensure your account is linked to a phone number before proceeding. Follow these steps carefully:
Required Materials to be sent to support@doex.com:
- DOEX account UID and original registered email
- If KYC completed: A photo of you holding your ID card, a written explanation, and a video statement (template below).

Paper Explanation Requirements:
- Basic Info: Full name, DOEX account UID, original registered email
- Reason: Email loss or other reason for change
- Date & Signature: Date (YYYY/MM/DD), handwritten signature
- Additional Info: ID photo (front and back), account registration date, login city, and devices used

Video Statement Template:
“I, XXX (Full Name), am requesting an email change for my DOEX account with UID XXX (Original Registered Email).”

Paper Explanation Requirements:
- Asset Info: Deposit or withdrawal hash, token types and balances
- New email address
DOEX will review and assist with the change. Please be patient.
Reminder: After security updates, withdrawals will be temporarily restricted but trading will not be affected.
