DOEX Account Google Authenticator Unbinding Request Process

If you need to request the unbinding of Google Authenticator from your DOEX account, please follow the steps below to submit the required information and materials:

Please use the registered email address of your DOEX account to send the following information to: support@doex.com.

Email Subject: Unbinding Google Authenticator Request for XXXXX@XXX.com.

Required Materials:

• UID / The linked email address of the Google Authenticator
• A photo of yourself holding your ID card along with a handwritten note (please upload the photo)

Note Content:

• Due to the loss of Google Authenticator, I (full name) request to unbind the Google Authenticator from my account xxx@xxx.com (email) associated with the XXXX platform.
• Date (year, month, day)
• Signature (full name) and photos of the front and back of the ID card
• Registration date
• Common login city
• Common login device (PC or mobile model)

If there are assets in the account, please provide the following additional information:

1. Deposit hash or withdrawal hash
2. Current asset types and balance

Our review team will process your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will assist you in unbinding Google Authenticator. Please be patient, and thank you for your cooperation.

Note: If the DOEX account is not bound to an email, you will need to provide a related video.

Friendly Reminder: When making changes to security settings, withdrawals will be restricted for 24 hours. However, spot trading and futures trading will not be affected.
