The expected duration of the upgrade is approximately 20 minutes. In case of market fluctuations, the maintenance may be delayed or canceled, and further notice will be provided.

During this period, both the Web and App platforms will be unavailable for login, and the following services will be temporarily suspended:
- Spot trading
- Perpetual contract trading
- Copy trading
- Financial management
- Deposit and withdrawal functions

For users with open positions or pending orders, we recommend closing positions and canceling orders in advance to avoid potential trading losses.

Due to the extended duration of this service suspension, activities like closing and liquidation will not be possible during the upgrade. After the service is restored, the trading functions will be automatically resumed.

The upgrade is estimated to take around 20 minutes. We will promptly release an announcement once the maintenance is completed. You can also inquire with customer support through DOEX's official "Telegram community" for the latest updates.
