In order to provide our users with a better experience and a secure trading environment, DOEX will be upgrading/maintaining the wallet system.

Date: October 18, 2023, at 07:00 (UTC+8)

Impact: During the wallet system upgrade, all digital asset deposits and withdrawals on the platform will be temporarily suspended (internal transfers and trading-related functions will not be affected).

Please note that if your assets deposited before the completion of the wallet system upgrade do not appear in your account, they will be credited automatically after the upgrade is completed. If you encounter any other issues, please contact our online customer support promptly.

This wallet upgrade/maintenance is expected to take approximately 4 hours. After the maintenance is completed, deposit and withdrawal functions will be reopened without further notice.
