Real-name authentication process

To protect the security of your account assets, you can’t change your name or ID card number after completing real-name registration. That restriction cannot be cancelled manually. Please fill in your information carefully.

Authentication LV1

Click on the “Go for Authentication” on right of the real-name authentication, enter the submission interface for real-name authentication LV1, select the nationality and the document type, fill in the user’s name, ID card number and submit the authentication data.

Authentication LV2

Upload three different photos for authentication respectively:

（1）Photo of the Identification side containing the national emblem

（2）Photo of the Identification side containing the holder's portrait

（3）Photo of you holding the Identification and white paper.

Write “Doex + Your name + Date” on the hand-held white paper. For example, “Doex + Jack + January 1, 2019". Make sure that all the three photos are clearly visible with each occupying space of within 5M.

After you complete submission, please wait for the exchange staff to review it. The authentication review will be completed within one to three business days. If your authentication is rejected, please check the rejection reason on the identity authentication page and submit your photos for authentication again.
