How to reset the login password

Steps for changing the login password in the web version:

Log in to your personal account on doex.com, click the portrait in the upper right corner - the “User Center”, and click the “Change” on right of the “login Password” to reset the login password.

Enter the corresponding contents (the old password, a new password, and the new password for confirmation) following the page prompts, and click the “Confirm” to change the login password.

Steps for changing the login password in the mobile App version:

Open the mobile App of doex.com, log in to your personal account, click the“Me” in the upper left corner, and select the“Security” - the“Login Password” to change the login password.

If you forget your login password, you may click the “Forget Password" on the login interface to reset it.

When resetting the login password, you may reset it by email. Click the “Next” and enter the “Google Authentication Key” to complete the change.

Note:

1. Withdrawal and C2C coin transactions are prohibited within 24 hours after the login password is reset;

2. After the password is changed, the account will automatically log out and you will need to log in to it again.
