Please check whether the computer is secure by the following three methods:
- Log in to Doex with the browser in a safe mode without plug-ins and check whether the deposit / withdrawal address is correct.
- Please record a correct withdrawal address in the notepad, and then try to paste the address into the address bar to check whether the address is correct.
- Download the Doex App and compare whether the deposit / withdrawal address of the App is consistent with the web browser. If the above check shows different addresses, it indicates that the computer is likely to be infected with viruses or Trojan horses.
Please follow the following advice:
- Install anti-virus software to detect and eliminate Trojan viruses;
- Uninstall plug-ins or unknown third-party software;
- In extreme cases, it may be necessary to reformat the hard disk and reinstall the operating system;
- Obtain support services from computer security experts.
