When using Doex, you may need to enable the following authority to acquire relevant service; if you do not use these functions, you may not enable the following authority, which will not affect your normal use of Doex, and we will protect your personal information security according to law.

Device information (iOS system)

Reading the device identification code to ensure the security of your account and transactions.

Push (iOS system)

Enabling the push authority to facilitate the receiving of notices and messages sent from Doex.

Photo album (iOS system)

Enabling the photo album authority to facilitate the use of functions such as saving and sharing information.

Camera

Enabling the camera authority to facilitate the use of functions such as scanning QR codes.

Doex Guidelines on Personal Information Protection

Before you use this App, please carefully read the Privacy Policy, User Agreement, Legal Statement, Risk Disclosure, and Disclaimers to understand our rules for processing your personal information and our purposes of applying for authority, and especially the parts in bold shall be focused on.

We are well aware of the importance of personal privacy, and the personal information provided when you use our products and service will be exclusively used for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy. For your better use of this App, please carefully read and confirm before using that you have fully understood the contents of the Privacy Policy, and have understood our Instructions on Authority.

Agreement on the Use of Facial Features by the Doex App

The Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the Use of Facial Features by the Doex App (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is a valid contract entered by and between you and the Platform on matters in connection with the use of facial features. Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents hereof. If you have any questions about the contents hereof and the page prompts, please do not proceed to the next step. By clicking or otherwise confirming on the page, you agree to the Agreement.

I. Definitions

Facial features: They can be used to distinguish the unique facial features of natural individuals.

II. Scope of use

Facial features will be used in App scenarios requiring identity authentication, such as logging on to the App.

III Rights and obligations

3.1 When using the App scenarios requiring identity authentication, you must already be a real-name registered user of the App. You agree to use relevant service for your own account of this App only with your own facial features.
3.2 In order to improve the accuracy of authentication, you agree that we may, when necessary, compare and verify the facial features you provide with your facial features saved by institutions permitted by laws and regulations or institutions authorized by government agencies.

3.3 The Platform shall be entitled to refuse to provide the service when you register with other people's identity information, or submit false information, or take advantage of system errors, faults or other vulnerability to damage the rights and interests of railway or other passengers, or otherwise breaches in using the Platform.

3.4 You must ensure that your information is true and accurate. In case of untrue personal information, the Platform shall have the right to terminate the provision of service. The Platform will assume no responsibility for the damage to your rights and interests caused by the error of the information you provide.

3.5 We attach importance to your information protection and promise to strictly protect your identity and facial features. The App will protect your facial feature information in accordance with laws and regulations, Privacy Agreement and other agreements with you.

3.6 The Platform shall be entitled to refuse the service if you violate the terms of service of the Agreement in using the Platform.

IV. Disclaimers

You agree that the Platform will not be responsible for the failure to provide service normally for the following reasons:

4.1. System shutdown for maintenance or upgrading;

4.2. Force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightnings or terrorist attacks;

4.3. Failure of the user's computer or mobile phone hardware, communication line and power supply lines;

4.4. Viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or device failure, communication failure, power failure, defect of third-party service and other reasons.

V. Interpretation of the Agreement

The formation, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The Agreement shall prevail in case of any inconsistency between the parts not agreed in this Service Agreement and the User Agreement and relevant affiliated rules. The Platform reserves the final interpretation right of the Agreement.

VI. Dispute resolution

The Platform reserves the final right to interpret and modify the Terms of Service.
