It is forbidden to use our products for any illegal transactions and activities such as money laundering, smuggling and commercial briberies, in case of which occurring, the Website will freeze the account concerned and immediately report it to the competent authority.

The user explicitly agrees that all risks and consequences arising from his or her use of the Doex service will be solely borne by himself or herself, in terms of which, Doex shall not assume any responsibility to the user. Doex cannot guarantee that any information provided by Doex (including but not limited to those officially provided by Doex, externally acquired, or released by others invited by Doex) will be purely real-time or completely accurate, and it does not indicate that Doex confirms the description or agrees on the views contained in such information. When making an investment decision, the investor should fully consider the investment risks and understand all procedures and documents related to the investment, rather than making investment decisions on this Statement. Doex neither allows nor provides fiat currency-dominated settlement or withdrawal service, and we are only a digital asset management tool platform. We do not provide service of converting or liquidating digital assets into money or fiat currencies, although such service is available on other trading platforms or digital asset management platforms.

Doex manages digital assets for customers through third-party trading platforms and Doex will assume no responsibility for all losses arising from network service interruption, data loss, data damage or other defects caused by the third-party trading platforms and various factors. Doex neither guarantees that the service will meet the requirements of users or won’t be interrupted, nor guarantees the timeliness, security or accuracy of the service. Doex does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of all information provided by the Software, does not assume any responsibility for the calculation errors, or omission or interruption of release involved in the preparation and release and other processes of all information, does not express or imply the use of the information hereof, and does not guarantee the applicability in the use of the information hereof. When the information is deemed applicable, the Company shall assume no legal liability for any claim or loss arising from the direct or indirect use of any information hereof, including but not limited to interest losses or punitive or indirect losses caused by inaccurate and incomplete contents, etc.

Article V

Doex will be glad to win your business, while we require you to act legally and righteously on our Platform. Anyone who logs on to the Platform in any way or uses the service of the Platform directly or indirectly shall be deemed to be voluntarily bound by this Statement of the Website.

Article VI

When the competent authority presents the corresponding compliant investigation documents, Doex will accept such investigation by cooperating with the authority in sealing up, freezing, transferring or otherwise handling the designated user account.

Article VII

This statement is governed by the relevant international laws and regulations of crypto finance. We will take the local laws and regulations as standard in case of any doubt.
