When you deposit a digital asset to another platform or account, it is usually caused by the following circumstances if the deposited cryptocurrency is not posted:
(1) You normally deposit, but delayed block confirmation causes the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. If your deposit information is confirmed to be correct, but the asset has not yet been posted, the deposit record can be queried on the block. However, because the block is pending for confirmation, when the block is fully confirmed, there will be a certain delay in synchronizing the block to the platform wallet. Please wait patiently. Because the customer service of the Doex platform cannot assist in that regard.
(2) You deposit a cryptocurrency different from the cryptocurrency of the platform, causing the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. Before depositing, please confirm that the deposit cryptocurrency is the same as the cryptocurrency of the platform. If the full name of the cryptocurrency is inconsistent with that of the cryptocurrency of the platform, it will cause the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted. Please give the [Problem feedback], then the staff will assist you in returning the cryptocurrencies.
(3) Wrong deposit address and / or network causes the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. For example, please carefully check the deposit address and network before depositing, do not deposit ETH to the BTC address, do not deposit the assets of ERC 20 network to an onchain network or other networks, causing the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. In case of such situation, please submit the [Problem feedback] in time and the staff will help you deal with it.
(4) You fill in with a wrong tag, causing the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. You need to fill in with the tag (Memo / also known as Tag) when depositing some cryptocurrencies. You need to correctly fill in with the tag of this cryptocurrency on the opponent platform. If the tag is filled in with incorrectly, causing the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time, you can submit a problem feedback to explain your details, including your deposit cryptocurrency, volume, the correct tag, the misspelled tag and hash value. Then an engineer will follow it up for you.
(5) Deposit to the address of a smart contract causes the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. When depositing, each cryptocurrency is corresponding to a deposit address. Please use the deposit address generated by the deposit platform system for the cryptocurrency. Do not deposit to the contract address of the cryptocurrency, otherwise the deposited cryptocurrency will not be posted in time.
(6) Block reward deposits cannot be posted. For example, the earnings from mining can only be deposited to the wallet address, and the assets can only be deposited to the Doex fund account for trading when they are posted in the wallet. We do not support blockchain reward deposits.
(7) Batch packed deposits cannot be posted. Please don’t deposit in a batch packed manner. If you have done so, your deposit cannot be posted normally, and the intervention of an engineer will be needed, please submit the [Problem feedback] and select the Deposits cannot be posted to describe your problem in detail, and then an engineer will assist you in dealing with it.
(8) The minimum deposit limit is not reached, causing the deposited cryptocurrency not to be posted in time. The minimum amount of deposit is clearly prompted on the deposit page of the platform. If your deposit volume does not reach the minimum deposit unit, your deposit will not be posted.
